Merchandising materials:
Doug suggests we make some T-Shirts one Saturday. Suggests each member buy shirts on Amazon and bring to the meeting to ink it.
Larry wants hat and/or name tags.
Duane would like mesh/net and regular hats.
Doug to keep looking for picnic tables on auction sites..
Fall Fly-in tentatively set at this time for Nov 1.
Jim suggested that Chapter members (and others) form a company to buy an airplane project and continue it on after construction flying said aircraft.
Duane to get a debit card from the bank for our Chapter account.
Dennis to order 12 hats from EAA when they are again available. The EAA site ordering link has been broken.
New Business:
Upcoming Fly-in and Young Eagles Event is scheduled for May 2, 2026. It will be cancelled or changed if needed at the next meeting in Feb.
Jim suggested that we have hotdogs in a crockpot only.
Jesse to outline a work plan for the Chapter project. Doug to arrange the work area and contact me to send out info on meeting.
